A helmet curves in two directions at once. A flat sheet of vinyl can't follow that kind of shape – stretch it over a large area and it wrinkles, bubbles or lifts at the edges. That's why ordinary decals are kept small.

Questions riders ask
Why tiles instead of one big sticker?
A helmet curves in two directions at once, and a single flat sheet can't follow that without creasing. Small tiles each sit flat on their own spot, so together they can form a much bigger motif with no wrinkles.
Where on the helmet does the motif go?
On the back of the helmet. Your mockup shows exactly how much of it your motif will cover.
Will it fit my helmet?
Send us a photo of your helmet from behind. Every set is designed for the motif and shape you send, and we'll tell you in your mockup if anything about your helmet needs extra attention.
Can I use my own design?
Yes – a photo, a logo, a drawing, your club emblem. If you only have an idea, describe it and we'll design it for you.
Does it survive weather and heat?
Yes. The tiles are heat resistant and protected with automotive-grade laminate, so they handle rain, sun, snow and speed without peeling, warping or fading.
